Cancellation required at least 4 days ago or 96 hours before the departure date for a 100% refund.
However, operation costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation 4 day prior can result in additional charge deduction.
Travel by train cancellation will incur the IRCTC cancellation charges and with additional charges

International Pet Relocation & Cancellation

AVI Import/Export (NOC)- After booking is done and NOC is processed, non-refundable is applied
Note: international relocation cancelation process is not considered in this criteria because of prior booking of transportation.

Remember: We have kept our refund policy simple so that you can claim your cancellation as per our policy. Operational costs will be deducted during refund process and we provide you with details of it.
